As part of its engagement with Stonewall’s WEI, the
RAF is invited to complete the Staff Feedback Questionnaire. This questionnaire
provides the opportunity for personnel to express their own views regarding
current communications, networking, and policy. Stonewall place significant
value on membership feedback.

Currently serving personnel,
friends and partners from all Services organise a number of socials
or 'get togethers' in Lincolnshire and other areas where there
are clusters of RAF personnel. For further details you will need
to register on the forum in order to have access to these password-protected
areas.
In order to support their development
of the most appropriate personnel policy and E&D strategy as it
affects the RAF's lesbian, gay, bi-sexual and transsexual (LGBT) community,
Policy E&D staff meet regularly with the LGBT Forum on a consultative
basis; a mark of the Service's commitment to supporting its LGBT personnel.
The meetings enable E&D staff to engage directly with the LGBT
community, thereby improving Policy staffs ability to understand and
deal with any community-specific areas of concern. [read more

single-Service discussion. Taking things forward - RAF working
group; support from RAF E&D; the next Forces' Conference on
LGBT matters; communication with the front line; lesbian participation;
sexual orientation monitoring; and RAF participation at Pride events.
